Rue does not offer refunds for change of mind. We offer exchanges only.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Personalised Items
Items with initials or any form of customisation cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Items or Order Issues
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us immediately with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If your order has not been packed yet, we may be able to adjust or cancel it. Please reach out as soon as possible.
